We have established a partnership with restaurants and hotels to provide you with the most convenient experience possible. The restaurants/hotels provide you time saving information on our site (location, special features, hours, accommodations, etc.) and as an incentive to patronize their establishments, we offer you money saving opportunities.

3.   Is it safe for me to use my credit card on this site?

4.   How do I find out if a certificate is available?

Each establishment provides a certain number of certificates per week.  On each information page, you will find a link "TO ORDER & View Certificate Availability."  Due to limited product supply, simply placing an item in your shopping cart does not assure availability.  You will be able to confirm that certificates are available only at time of checkout.

5.   How does shipping and handling work?

Shipping and handling costs are based on the number of certificates you order: 
 
    1  -  4 certificates = $1.75
    5  -  8 certificates = $2.00

    9 or more certificates = $2.50

This charge will be included in your total bill at the time of check-out.  Certificates are mailed via First Class Mail within the next business day.

Once your order is delivered to the postal carrier, Web Enterprises, LLC  cannot be  responsible if certificates are lost.

6.   Can my order be shipped to another address?

Absolutely!  Our order form will provide you with this option. If you would like to send certificates to more than one address, you will need to create a new order for each address.

7.   Can I return a certificate to MadisonDiscounts.com?

Because we want you to receive your certificates as quickly as possible, most orders will be processed and mailed the same day you place your order.  Once your order has been placed in the mail no refunds will be given.  To inquire about your order status, Contact Us.

8.   Do the "Terms of Certificate" vary among establishments?

Yes.  The terms of certificate may vary slightly.  Be sure to check the "Terms of Certificate" on each information page.

9.   Do the certificates expire?

Dining certificates expire within 90 days from date of purchase except for Pedro's (East and West) expire 30 days from date of purchase.  Hotel certificate expiration dates vary.  Expiration dates are listed within "Terms of  Certificate" on each information page.  Expired certificates are not redeemable or refundable.

10.   Will I receive money back if I don’t use the full value of my certificate?

Be sure to use the full value of your certificate, since you will not receive any money back.  The entire certificate must be redeemed in one visit.

11.   How do I figure out how much of a tip to leave when using a dining certificate?

It is customary when using a coupon or dining certificate to tip based on your total bill prior to receiving the discount.
