Conditions of Certificate
By accepting this certificate, certificate holder and restaurant agree to the following conditions:

  1. Certificate expires as indicated on front side.

  2. No change will be given.  Entire certificate must be redeemed in one visit.

  3. Certificate holder agrees to comply with the "Terms of Certificate" listed on the front.

  4. Certificate holder agrees to pay sales tax when redeeming certificate.

  5. This certificate may not be resold or reproduced.

  6. Restaurant is responsible for the collection and payment of any retailer's occupation, "sales," excise or other taxes or governmental impositions on the full retail value of this certificate.

  7. WEB Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel participation privileges of any person found to be in violation of these conditions or other policies which may be established from time to time.

  8. Certificate holder agrees that any and all damages shall be limited to any money given for the certificate.
