Most of our dishes are mild to medium spiced.  If you prefer any dish spicier or milder, just ask; we will be pleased to accommodate you

Starters

Butterflies of shrimp baked in a well-seasoned buttery seafood BBQ sauce.

Sauteed Shrimp - $9.50
Butterflies of shrimp over greens, topped with a warm andouille sausage vinaigrette and crumbled bleu cheese.

Goat cheese coated with roasted pecans and served on a pepper-lime coulis.  Served with French bread.

Served with a warm lemon-mushroom slaw.

Crepes filled with pulled pork, roasted tomatoes and bleu cheese crumbles.  Served over chilled mixed greens, topped with a pecan chipotle vinaigrette.

Blue Point oysters baked with a smoked mushroom, bacon and crawfish sauce, topped with Parmesan Reggiano cheese.

French helix snails sauteed in red wine and shallots, topped with garlic butter, covered with puff pastry and baked.

Steamed Mussels - $9.00
1 lb. steamed mussels served with a garlic cream sauce.

Crawfish Cheesecake - $7.00
Fluffy creole cheesecake with crawfish, smoked gouda and bell peppers.  Served with a green onion and tomato coulis and French bread.

Baked mushrooms caps filled with a crawfish bell pepper stuffing.

Sea scallops sauteed with rosemary and bell peppers in a champagne sun-dried tomato cream over pasta, topped with fresh grated reggiano.

A combination of seafood sauteed with mushrooms, scallions and green peppers in a mildly-spiced cream sauce, topped with cream and served over pasta.

Sauteed breast of chicken served over steamed spinach and Frangelico cream, topped with toasted hazelnuts.

Charbroiled breast topped with sauteed spinach and smothered with a creole mustard sauce.

Jambalaya - $17.00
A spicy tomato-based sauce with a variety of fresh vegetables and rice.  Served vegetarian or daily selection.
