Lightly breaded and fried chicken breast.  Topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan, then baked.  Served with a side of fettuccine Alfredo.

Pollo con Portabella e Proscuitto - $9.95
Sauteed chicken breast topped with portabella mushrooms, prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, finished in the oven with a demi-glace sauce and served with garden vegetables.

Salmone al Pesto - $10.95
Freshly grilled and topped with a basil pesto sauce.  Served with garden fresh vegetables.

Our pizzas are 10 inch thin crust and baked in our wood-burning oven.  Large pizzas are 14".
Additional toppings may be added for $1.00 each.  Add a side salad for $2.95 or a Caesar salad for $3.95.

Arborio rice cooked Italian-style and sauteed with olive oil, garlic, asparagus, zucchini and portabella mushrooms in a light cream sauce.  Topped with Pecorino Romano cheese.

Spaghetti del Giardino - $9.95
Wheat pasta sauteed with olive oil, garlic, zucchini, broccoli, peas and mushrooms in a light cream sauce.

Spaghetti al Pomodoro - $7.95
Sauteed with olive oil and garlic in a fresh tomato basil sauce.

Spaghetti ai Fryutti de Mare al Cartoccio - $13.95
Sauteed with olive oil, garlic, fresh calamari, Manila clams, black New Zealand mussels, Atlantic salmon, smoked Norwegian salmon, sea scallops and tiger shrimp.  Finished in a light, spicy tomato sauce, combined with Pinot Grigio, topped with parsley and wrapped in parchment paper.
