Sauteed with garlic, olive oil, baby shrimp and tiger shrimp and finished in a Frascati white wine creamy sauce.

Spaghetti ai Fryutti de Mare al Cartoccio - $15.95
Sauteed with olive oil, garlic, fresh calamari, Manila clams, black New Zealand mussels, Atlantic salmon, smoked Norwegian salmon, sea scallops and tiger shrimp.  Finished in a light, spicy tomato sauce, combined with Pinot Grigio, topped with parsley and wrapped in parchment paper.

Farfallette al Salmone - $12.25
Sauteed with fresh Atlantic salmon, smoked Norwegian salmon, onions and olive oil in a vodka tomato cream sauce, finished with caviar.

Veal scallopini sauteed in a light cream sauce demi-glace porcini mushroom sauce.  Served with penne pasta tossed in a vodka tomato cream sauce.

Sauteed chicken breast with mushrooms, raisins and Marsala wine.  Served with sauteed baby spinach and oven roasted potatoes.

Lightly breaded and fried chicken breast.  Topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan, then baked.  Served with a side of fettuccine Alfredo.

Rib Eye alla Moda Toscana - $15.95
Grilled rib eye steak topped with garlic, three cheese and finished in our wood-burning oven.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach.

Top Sirloin al Brandy e Fonghi - $15.50
Top sirloin steak layered with portabella mushroom and roasted red pepper with a brandy peppercorn sauce.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach.

Tilapia alla Tarantia - $15.50
Pan seared tilapia with garlic, tomatoes, kalamata olives, fresh herbs, white wine and butter.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach.

Salmone alla Cinque Terre - $15.50
Sauteed salmon fillet with scallops and shrimp topped with a touch of pesto cream.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables.
